Blue Band, 1 tbsp
Leaves onion, Cut 1 stem
Carrots, Cut into dice. Boil briefly with 50 gram of water
600 gram of rice
Royco chicken, 1 tablespoon
Shallot, thinly sliced 5 eggs
Garlic, finely chopped 3 cloves
Sweet soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp / to taste
pepper, 1/4 tablespoon
Sugar, 1/2 tablespoon
Step of Presentation
1. Heat the Blue Band, saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant and cooked.
2. Enter the sausage, cook for a while. Add the eggs, cook until cooked and then add the spring onions.
3. Put the white rice, Royco, salt, pepper, sugar, and Bango soy sauce. Cook until all seasoning is well blended with rice. Remove and serve with beef eyed eggs.
4. Eat while warm.
